Legal Notice

At Boost-Ev, our mission is to provide reliable and affordable emergency BoostTM  when you need it most. To ensure we can serve all our members fairly and efficiently, we’ve established the following Fair Use Policy as part of our subscription service.

1. Emergency Service Limitations

Each subscription includes one (1) emergency charge  every 30 days (monthly).*  This service is intended strictly for unexpected, legitimate emergencies where a vehicle has run out of battery and requires immediate assistance.

  • Additional emergency charges  within the same 30-day period may be subject to a standard service fee.
  • Unused emergency services do not roll over into the next period.

2. Emergency Verification Requirement

To help prevent misuse and maintain fairness for all subscribers, each emergency charge  request may be subject to a quick verification process, including but not limited to:

  • GPS confirmation of vehicle location.
  • Photo evidence of dashboard  gauge (showing “Dead” or “Low Charge” warning).
  • Submission of a brief incident explanation at the time of request.

Our support team reserves the right to request additional information if necessary. Falsifying information or misrepresenting a situation to receive free services may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
